Can your courses, including NPORS Training and Testing, be delivered on our site?

Yes. Our Instructor can come to your premises or site location to deliver.

How long do your cards and certificates last for?

3 years from the date of training.

What is the maximum number of candidates who can attend each course?

This varies depending on the category of course you are undertaking and the existing experience of those candidates. Maximum numbers vary between 3 and 12. Please give us a call to find out specific numbers.

Do you cater for candidates with additional learning needs?

Yes. All of our instructors are experienced in accommodating and accounting for each individual who may require assistance whilst attending our courses. This will be established on a one-to-one basis at the point of booking, and discretely managed on the day of the course in order to make each individual as comfortable as possible.

Will I have one point of contact when dealing with my training requests?

Yes. Our Centre Manager, David Fairclough, will be your point of contact from the start of the process to the end. Our aim is to offer a personalised service in order to offer an efficient and thorough customer experience from the point of booking to the delivery of your qualifications.
